True Colours Workshop

In PED 3142, Louise Hall facilitated a workshop called 'True Colours.' It was a spectacular workshop! It included some background history of the psychologists who developed the theory behind the different colours and their meanings. We had to read the meanings of each colour on cards. After visualizing our 'self' and evaluating who we are according to the image/ scorecard below, it was easy to identify the category we fit in most. After reflecting on this activity, it was crazy to see just how accurate the test is.
